This thoughtfully cut smoked salmon filet is perfect for stirring into pastas, piling onto toast, tossing into salads, or eating straight from the tin. If you’re familiar with our original Smoked Salmon, now called Gold Label Smoked Salmon, this version has a slightly lighter smoke, less sweetness, and is packed in Spanish olive oil. Slow-smoked in small batches over beechwood at a smokehouse in the German countryside.
